Company Shipping Policy & Terms and Conditions

All Eagle Distribution Terms & Conditions and RMA Policies apply to all purchases and correspondences with Eagle Distribution including all internet and non-internet purchases, phone calls, emails, faxes, and any type of communication.

Eagle Distribution's return policy requires that a RMA be submitted, and the product returned, within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase with a 20% restocking fee.  The restocking fee is due at the time the product is returned.  Any refunds, minus the restocking fee, will be provided as a store credit within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Eagle Distribution cannot except any returns in which the packaging or product has been altered, written on, opened, or damaged in any way.  The product and it's packaging must be in the original condition.  

Most products sold by Eagle Distribution carry a manufacturer warranty.  Eagle Distribution will assist warranty replacements in the first 30 days of delivery.  After 30 days, the customer is responsible to contact the manufacturer directly.  Eagle Distribution will not be responsible for any product issues or warranty issues after 30 calendar days of delivery.

Eagle Distribution does not manufacturer the products sold by Eagle Distribution and is not directly affiliated with the manufacturer of the products.  Eagle Distribution is an independent distributor and purchases the products directly from either the manufacturer or other suppliers/distributors.  When Eagle Distribution purchases from the manufacturer or other suppliers/distributors, Eagle Distribution will not be liable for any shipping delays, errors, defects or damage (intentional or otherwise) to the products our suppliers sell to us (Eagle Distribution) or any damages which may result from the use of said products.  Since Eagle Distribution is not the manufacturer of the products sold by Eagle Distribution and may not be directly affiliated with the manufacturer of the products, Eagle Distribution requires the customer to inspect all products upon delivery.  If the products are not exactly as ordered and not in the condition as ordered, Eagle Distribution requires notification within 30 calendar days of delivery in order for Eagle Distribution to take appropriate action with our supplier(s).  After 30 days, it is assumed that the products have been thoroughly inspected and are exactly as requested.

Eagle Distribution reserves the right to cancel or refuse any purchase at any time for any reason without penalty. Eagle Distribution will not be held liable for any mistakes made by us, our customers, or Eagle Distribution's suppliers during the quoting or fulfillment process.

Any quotes via online, email, fax, or verbal may or may not include shipping & handling.  All information by way of online, email, fax, or verbal is confidential and may be legally privileged.  It is intended solely for the addressee(s).  Access by anyone else is unauthorized.
