Return Policy
Eagle Distribution's return policy requires that a RMA be submitted, and the product returned, within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase with a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is due at the time the product is returned. Any refunds, minus the restocking fee, will be provided as a store credit within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Eagle Distribution cannot except any returns in which the packaging or product has been altered, written on, opened, or damaged in any way. The product and it's packaging must be in the original condition.
Most products sold by Eagle Distribution carry a manufacturer warranty. Eagle Distribution will assist warranty replacements in the first 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, the customer is responsible to contact the manufacturer directly. Eagle Distribution will not be responsible for any product issues or warranty issues after 30 calendar days of delivery
